We are looking for a Tech Lead DevOps, DataOps, MLOps, and LLMOps with 2-3 years of experience to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full stack development and modern data stack. You will work closely with the co-founders and full stack, data engineering, and data science teams to optimize ToumAI Analytics products, our data pipelines, and machine learning models for faster and scalable client integration.
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for a Data Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to manage and optimize our data pipelines, enabling seamless integration of NLP and AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data quality and efficiency across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, as well as experience with network security and data protection.
Customer Success Manager - Morocco
As a Customer Success Manager at ToumAI, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our AI-CX Voice solutions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to onboard new customers, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
